A friend of mine sent me this email! And I am Hooked to qwiki.com...you "have to" check it out.

If you have not heard of this company, I'm sure you will love it. Company name is qwiki (qwiki.com) they are in beginning stages. Watch the video first for explanation and where they are going. It is amazing how fast media is evolving. Let me know what you think. You know me I'm generally skeptical about media, but this is great stuff. Use on your blog?!

Have you heard of this study? I had and I find the conclusion is true but the study is not. I follow a fellow by the name of Sid Savara and he did the research and found there was no Harvard or Yale study but in fact at the Dominican University by Gail Matthews, PhD

 The positive effect of written goals was supported: Those who wrote their goals accomplished significantly more than those who did not write their goals.
